Q. Why do I need AsUMoot?


Every upcoming lawyer has to be at their best at the Court Proceedings, especially in pleadings to lead a case to its fruitfulness. To learn the Court decorum, Court Proceedings and case studying with utmost confidence, when you will be on your first day at court and make a stand out in this competitive era, you first need a platform to practice such. We are here to bring that platform for you where you can play and learn while grow your determination and confidence on the path.

Q. How will I apply for Upcoming Moot?


When you wish to get yourself participating for an Upcoming Moot, you will find a “Moot Court” option on the right hand side top corner of the home page and check out for the Upcoming Moot that is about to come. By clicking on the particular Upcoming Moot that you wish to participate, will show you the Moot Title, and description below which you will get to “Sign Up”, Once you click on “Sign Up” you will be taken to a form fill up specially of your particulars. And Voila! Applying to the Upcoming Moot is complete.

Q. How will I know that I have been selected?


Once you have applied for a Moot, or Upcoming Moot, you will receive a mail from our end which will guide you with further details of information.

Q. How long will it take to get selected for a Moot?


After you apply for a Moot or Upcoming Moot, it will take 24 Hours of time to inform you for your participation.

Q. How will I know if I am selected for the Moot?


Once you are selected for the Moot, you will be notified over email and as well you can see the “Status” of the Moot by visiting the Moot Court page.

Q. How will I provide my Research Paper to my Team?


All the researchers will have to submit the research paper on a PDF format by email to us, and we will take the responsibility to reach that out to your team immediately as you mail that to us.

Q. How will I know when to mail the research ?


Not to worry. Once you are selected as a Researcher to a Team, you will receive an email from our end which will provide you with a time and date, within which you mail that to us. In case of further assistance, you can always dial our helpline number to guide you.

Q. How many rounds of Moot Competition will this be?


AsUMoot provides you with two rounds of competition announcing the first round with 8 Teams including Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and 1 Researcher in each of such team and second round of 4 Teams and finally announcing the winners.

Q. What are the Winning Titles?


The Winning Titles are Best Speaker 1, Best Speaker 2, Best Researcher and Best Team.

Q. Can I participate at two Moot titles at the same time?


It’s Clearly a No. As participating in two Moot is not allowed at the same time.

Q. Can I participate in more than one Moot Court Competition?


Well, this platform is to polish your field work, so the more you participate, the more is beneficial. So, Yes, you can participate in more than one Moot Court Competition, but not at same time rather completing one and joining another.

Q. How will I know the Winning Titles?


Once the Winning Titles are selected, they will be reflected in the Winning Board at our home page, so all gets to know the winners.

Q. How the Moot Court will take place?


The Moot court will start at Google Meet.

Q. How will I get the Google Meet Joining link?


You will receive the Google Meet joining link over email, once the teams are filled and selected.
